How do I Apply?

| Fill in the form |
| Print and complete the Application Form and return it to S.H.I.P. or your broker. |

| Have your property valued |
| Arrange to have your property valued by an independent S.H.I.P. approved valuer (S.H.I.P. will help to arrange this). |

| Talk to your solicitor |
| Appoint a solicitor to represent you and give you independent legal advice. |
|
| Receive our documentation |
| We will send you and your solicitor copies of our legal documentation. |
|
| Complete legalities |
Your solicitor will complete the legal process in conjunction with S.H.I.P.’s solicitors. |
|
Receive your cheque |
We will forward a cheque to your solicitor who will in turn arrange payment to you. |
